Overview
Idea is to understand how many people are using the notification on the career, as many of the users have complained about the call center that they don't have or see the notification. So for that certain reason we conduct a usability test with our user on the current design
Problem
Notification in the super app was designed and implemented, there is a lot of feedback from the customers. Super App doesn't have a unified notification which means each vertical was handling its own notification. To understand how we can reduce the frustration facing by customers we conduct usability testing.

Qualitative
We design our research understanding the current data which came on care tech and on app analytics Reading those numbers give us the brief understand how the user is interacting with our notification option on career ecosystem,
